Efficiency Targets & Testing

We design around system efficiency, not brochure numbers.

Our baseline target is >96% under representative duty cycles, measured at the motor terminals with realistic loads. As programs progress, we refine targets with OEM teams so lab data and vehicle data stay aligned.

How we test

  • 96%+ peak efficiency target under representative duty cycles
  • Calibrated dyno cycles matched to real EV duty profiles
  • Loss mapping vs speed & torque – continuous data, not just peak numbers
  • 800V+ readiness with SiC inverter pairing for high-frequency switching efficiency
  • Telemetry on winding & case temperatures, torque ripple and harmonics
  • Iterative test–learn–refine loops as prototypes mature

The goal is simple: transparent, repeatable data that shows where every watt is going. That gives OEMs a clean basis for comparing platforms, sizing cooling, and de-risking decisions before committing to tooling and volume.
