Non-disclosure agreements for deeper collaboration

For programs where we need to talk beyond public information

If you’re just making a general enquiry, you don’t need an NDA. Start on the Sales or Technical Support pages instead.

When an NDA is appropriate

• You want to share non-public product or platform details
• You need to see non-public VEKTROX data, models or roadmaps
• You’re exploring joint development or pilot programmes
• Investors or partners require confidentiality before deeper review

For routine spec sheets, high-level discussions and generic questions, we normally don’t need an NDA.

How we handle NDAs

• We can provide a VEKTROX standard mutual NDA, or review your company’s template.
• NDAs are usually signed between legal entities, not individuals.
• Once signed, we’ll confirm the scope, teams involved and preferred communication channels.

Our goal is to keep the legal layer lightweight, so both sides can focus on the engineering and commercial work.

• Country / region
• Type of organisation (OEM, Tier-1, integrator, investor, other)
• Short description of the project or discussion area
• Whether you prefer to use your NDA or VEKTROX’s standard NDA

What happens next

• We review your request and either send a draft NDA or acknowledge your template.
• If anything is unclear, we’ll ask a few clarifying questions (scope, parties, entities).
• Once both sides sign, we confirm that the NDA is active and can schedule deeper technical or commercial sessions.

We aim to respond to NDA requests within 3–5 business days.

Data and confidentiality

Once an NDA is in place, we’ll agree on the safest way to exchange sensitive information (secure links, direct email, or your chosen system).
