Our warranty, in plain language
VEKTROX drives are engineered for demanding applications, but things can still go wrong.
This page explains how our warranty works, what’s covered, and how to request a return or inspection.
For formal contracts and framework agreements, the signed terms will always take priority over this summary.
Standard warranty
- Standard warranty: 24 months from delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Covers: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, specified use.
- Applies only when the product is installed, operated and maintained according to VEKTROX documentation.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect integration, unauthorised modification, or operation outside specified limits is not covered.
What’s not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation or integration
- Operation outside specified electrical, thermal or mechanical limits
- Modifications, repairs or rewinding by non-approved parties
- Damage from external systems (inverters, gearboxes, cooling, wiring)
- Normal wear and tear, corrosion or cosmetic damage
Making a warranty claim
If you believe a VEKTROX drive has failed under warranty, please contact us before shipping anything back.
To help us assess quickly, include:
- Product type and serial number
- Date of delivery and, if available, invoice / PO reference
- Description of the issue and operating conditions
- Photos or short video of the installation and failure symptoms
Once we’ve reviewed the information, we’ll confirm next steps. This may include additional diagnostics, return for inspection, repair or replacement – depending on findings.
Returns & RMAs
All physical returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number issued by VEKTROX.
- Units sent back without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
- The customer is responsible for packaging the unit securely and shipping it to the address provided with the RMA instructions.
- After inspection, we’ll report findings and confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty, or provide a repair / replacement quote if not.
To request an RMA, contact support@vektrox.com with “RMA request” in the subject line.
Out-of-warranty support
If your product is outside its warranty period, we may still be able to help with inspection, repair or replacement.
Contact support@vektrox.com with the details, and we’ll advise on options and cost.
