VEKTROX axial-flux motors are built on a single scalable platform: Continuum Flux DSSR — a dual-stator, single-rotor architecture engineered for high torque density, stable thermal paths, and clean manufacturability.
Instead of catalogue motors, we offer configurable envelopes that match the vehicle’s real duty cycle, voltage, and cooling constraints.
Platform Variants
Our DSSR platform is available in three motor envelopes, each designed for a specific class of applications:
• 160 mm — Compact
For scooters, lightweight EVs, robotics, tight-packaging applications. Minimal weight, high efficiency.
• 220 mm — Proto (Reference Motor)
Balanced performance. Ideal for prototypes, conversions, motorcycles, and core OEM evaluations.
• 280 mm — High Torque
Heavy-duty platforms: 4×4, off-road, vans, commercial, industrial. Built for high continuous torque.
Each variant keeps the same DSSR architecture, winding strategy, and cooling principles — only the envelope, torque output, and duty cycle tuning change.
What we support
- Application studies and packaging integration
- Coil geometry, winding configuration, and voltage range definition
- Passive, hybrid, or liquid-assisted cooling options
- Prototype hardware for dyno & vehicle testing
- Pilot and pre-production manufacturing support
- Long-term documentation, manuals, and design updates
Specific performance targets and dimensions are shared under NDA and via spec PDFs, not as marketing claims. Use the “Request Spec PDF” button or contact us to discuss your program.
